You can under Security Settings for your MSFT account change which address you want to be your main address, which addresses (or address if only one) you want to use in order to access your account, etc. You can create a number of aliases under your 'main' account (based on your question, assuming a hotmail address is your main address), and all those (newly created) mail will come into the same inbox. Yet, regardless of domain, still the same mail service. In the past, you could create addresses under the above listed domains, maybe there is one or two I missed in addition, but today I think you can only create new addresses under domain. Addresses with, , msn.com, etc, are just different mail domains supported by the mail service of your Microsoft account.
